Your Case Manager will take your payment before the investigation begins and keep you updated on developments throughout the investigation. They will be on hand to you throughout the case to answer any questions, queries or concerns you may have.

If your case involves a GPS vehicle tracker, you'll be able to login to a secure website to monitor the vehicle's movement in real time.

Conclude Investigation

When our work's been done and the case is over, we present you our findings in a professional report that you can access securely online. A hard copy can be posted instead if you prefer.

The exact format of the report depends on the type of case undertaken, but reports typically contain timed and dated photographs along with a written commentary and observations.
